Hi, I’m Riané and it’s my mission to help you reconnect with your body, your resilience and your wellbeing. My journey of recovering from Long Covid (and ME/CFS, POTS & Fibromyalgia), led me to discover the world of somatics, nervous system regulation, brain retraining and trauma healing.

I believe the body has a natural ability to heal and that learning to reconnect with the body and the language it speaks can transform the impact that stress, illness and emotions have on us. I also believe that our experience of both stress and illness is as unique as we are, and needs a personalised approach.

It is important for me to create a safe space for you to heal and grow, offering hands-on support to help you learn practical ways to rewire and restore balance in your nervous system, body and mind, and to release ‘stored’ stress and emotions.
