I’VE TRIED IT but no lasting progress yet
It can be so frustrating to invest money, follow all the advice, do the ‘work’ and still see no improvement. You might feel like giving up, yet deep down, you still hope for better days and believe in this approach. I faced this too; hitting my lowest point 2.5 years into my journey after having done Brain Retraining with commitment for over a year. It was during that darkest time that I discovered a combination of strategies that finally worked for me, and gradually 1.5 years later, my life opened up again. I believe that it is possible for you too, it’s a matter of finding what most supports you.🌿

I FEEL STUCK IN THE “IN-BETWEEN” better, but still not 100%
Have you already gone through the healing journey, made lots of progress, but now seem stuck in the middle, caught between not being that ill anymore but also not feeling 100%? Like you’ve reached a plateau and still have some lingering symptoms or limitations? Somatic coaching can be a great way to support you in navigating and moving beyond this part of the journey.💫
You don’t have to remain in the ‘in-between’ phase or live with hesitance and in fear. It might feel like you are not sure what you are healing into or what your life will look like once you are recovered, this can feel uncertain and daunting, but this is the time to put the “healing work” you’ve done into practice while stepping back into life.

I’M FINALLY RECOVERED, but now what?
The symptoms are gone! YAY! But wow, stepping back into the world can be challenging. As you ‘reintegrate into society’, you may face the occasional symptom, fears of relapsing or just normal life challenges that leave you unsettled or unsure of your next steps.
I understand this transition period can be hard. After being ill and isolated for so long, returning to work, social settings, and daily life can feel impossible at times. But you can be well and live your life fully again. Even if you encounter old habits or if sensations show up during periods of stress—please know this is completely normal as your capacity expands and your system adjusts.🌿
Perhaps the journey doesn’t end with symptom relief; but turns into a path of INTENTIONAL LIVING of staying connected to yourself, maintaining a partnership between your body & mind as you navigate daily life. Despite everything you know and the tools you have, not every experience will be as blissful as you’ve imagined while recovering, there will be challenges and we’re all still just human. There is no cure or tool for that 😉
But, you know there is a different way to live than before your illness, and you’re already walking that path. Now is the time to define what your second chance at life will look like, while continuing to live in a way that supports your health and wellbeing. You can create a life you love by taking meaningful action, making mindful choices, and committing to your well-being and self-care.🧘♀️
Investing in your wellness is a choice of continued well-being, not a sign of failure. I’ve been through this process myself, eventually giving myself the gift of ongoing support and wellbeing therapies and practices because I can and want to.
